A Performance Analysis indicates the performance level and is the guideline to get ahead with your training. Training zones (in watt or heartrate), calculated by measuring lactate, watt and heartrate during a performance analysis, are key factors to guide and control your training and to ensure development into the right direction. Below you´ll find information about the second etape of etape3.
