What you need is a power meter on your bike and a route where you can drive the test intervals safely and as free as possible from the traffic. Alternatively you can ride the test on a Swift. You will receive a detailed introduction and advice on the test procedure in advance. The test results are calculated via the files of the training or the intervals that you have recorded via the powermeter-software and \/ or your TrainingPeaks account. Curios?
