We can choose not to stick our heads in the sand and find alternative training tools and new approaches. Alternative training is quickly solved to keep the level on a certain plateau. What about new approaches as it comes to development? Carry on as before, or use this season as an active off-season and think about what you can do differently now and learn through the active off-season. Failure and success are close together and change processes require courage.
