Nobody expected anything like this and not to this extent. You as an athlete, me as a coach, just everyone has to face a change. How do we deal with it? Time for personal reflection, which can help us to emerge stronger from this situation. What was it about before, what is it about now? We now have to learn to deal with difficult situations, to give it space and to grow through it. Discipline, perseverance and willingness to sacrifice are now topics. Sport is still possible \u2013 limited, alone or in cyberspace with others. But health &#8211; sometimes overlooked &#8211; is the most important thing. I think we owe it to ourselves and everyone else, to support this situation as effectively as possible. What we learn now, we can then live on in the &#8220;after&#8221;.
