Polar eller wattm\u00e5linger igennem f.eks. SRM p\u00e5 en tr\u00e6ningsplatform som TrainingPeaks. Disse data kan derefter diskuteres og interpreteres i samr\u00e5d mellem atlet og tr\u00e6ner.
