Hvad betyder det? Forandringer kan begynde med en  beslutningsproces, som tit medf\u00f8rer at forlade komfortzonen n\u00e5r det  g\u00e6lder, n\u00e5r der skal arbejdes p\u00e5 et m\u00e5l. Ofte p\u00e5 bekostning af andre  ting, dvs. der skal sk\u00e6res i andre vaner. En god ide er at begynde med  sm\u00e5 trin, s\u00e5 ligger gode oplevelser p\u00e5 vejen. En hj\u00e6lp er at lave en  lifestyle ugeplan, hvor hver time af hver dag noteres og som j\u00e6vnlig  bruges til refleksion. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de opdager man tidsdr\u00e6ber, som stj\u00e6ler  tid og godt kan bruges at huske de vigtige ting. Man undrer sig over  hvor meget tid og energi der kan spares, hvis man fors\u00f8ger at  strukturere dagen\/ ugen lidt. Alts\u00e5, hvad venter du p\u00e5?
