Ved at arbejde med sm\u00e5 m\u00e5l, er du p\u00e5 vejen og l\u00e6rer at klare <strong>dit hovedm\u00e5l \u2013 dit Outcome Goal<\/strong>.  En Process Goal kan v\u00e6re at tage hver morgen din hvileplus og m\u00e5le din  kropsv\u00e6gt. Et lille styk arbejde, men du l\u00e6rer din krop at kende og kan  reagere p\u00e5 forandringer i kroppen. At n\u00e5 hver dag et lille m\u00e5l, l\u00f8fter <strong>motivationen<\/strong>  og g\u00f8r dig st\u00e6rkt. For at kunne fulfylde dine m\u00e5l \u2013 b\u00e5de de stor og de  sm\u00e5 \u2013 skulle du tilpasse dine Process Goals til din nuv\u00e6rende situation.
